Pricing based on square footage. Standard full home inspection, from the roof to the foundation and everything in between.
4 Point Inspection with Wind Mitigation
Florida homeowners' insurance inspection, includes the 4 point inspection and wind mitigation.
Discounted rate combined when with home inspection.
New Construction Final Inspection
New building construction inspection done by a third party. This is done prior to the final walk through with the builder.
11 Month Warranty Inspection
11 Month Warranty inspection performed within the builder's one year warranty expiration date.
Pre-Drywall Inspection
New building pre-drywall inspection done by a third party. New construction inspection prior to drywall phase.
Well Water Testing
Tests for the presence of bacterial contamination. Nitrate and lead testing also available for FHA loans.
Depending on water testing fees by inspector and the certified water test lab.
Pool Inspection Only
Discounted rate combined when with home inspection.
Mobile Home Inspection
Mobile/manufactured home inspection, including the crawlspace area.
