Water Testing Services is to offer water testing of private wells for safe drinking water. Some companies require this service when financing and refinancing through VA, FHA or USDA loans.
The CDC and Florida Department of Health recommend testing of private wells annually.

The bacteria test, tests for the presence of bacterial contamination.
The types of bacteria are total and fecal coliform, and E. Coli, which are most common. The results take 2-3 days to process, as most bacteriological water testing requires a minimum 48-hour incubation period before accurate results can be made available.

The result process takes 10-14 business days by the water test lab to complete. Additional fee for expedited service.
